If you enjoy organised workflows, creative thinking, and helping businesses grow, you’ll fit right in.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive Marketing & Sales Virtual Assistant to keep our client’s sales and marketing operations running smoothly. You’ll handle routine weekly tasks and jump in to support new initiatives as they arise.Full training will be provided during your first month.Your day may include:Managing enquiry inboxes, including the CEO’s inboxPublishing and promoting events on Eventbrite and LinkedInCreating simple feature images and content using AI toolsEditing and publishing webinars, then repurposing them into blogs and other contentPromoting events and podcasts through HubSpot, social posts, and emailsCleaning and updating data in Excel and HubSpotResearching and booking venues for in-person eventsSupporting new member onboarding and updates via WhatsAppAssisting the sales team with meeting bookings and discovery call tasksUsing Surfe and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new prospectsSupporting small HubSpot projects as needed.Essential Experience & SkillsTo succeed in this role, you must have:Hands-on experience with HubSpotExperience using paid ChatGPT and custom prompts to create digital assetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA creative, solutions-driven mindsetAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsA proactive, eager-to-learn attitudeStrong research and analytical skillsExcellent writing skills (blogs, emails, and marketing content)A customer-focused approachDesirable ExperienceA university degreeExperience implementing CRM systems or consulting with clientsExperience creating marketing automation workflows in HubSpotWhy Work With Our ClientFully remote roleFriendly, collaborative, supportive team cultureOpportunities to grow your skills in HubSpot, marketing, automation, and salesA role where your ideas and initiative are valued
