We are seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to support our team at Tarkett Sport Texas division. The Marketing Proposal Coordinator will be working remotely from Texas; San Antonio, TX preferred, reporting to the Director of Design. They will support the full development and production of pursuit and proposal materials for the Texas region, applying strong writing, graphic layout skills, and disciplined deadline management in a fast‑paced construction environment. Help us build the next world-class venue.What you’ll do:Proposal & Pursuit ManagementDrive the development and coordination of RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and interview materials for Texas pursuits.Manage pursuit schedules, gather content inputs, and organize resumes, project sheets, and graphics.Ensure that every submission meets solicitation requirements, scoring criteria, and formatting instructions.Maintain proposal calendars and keep multiple deadlines moving smoothly.Content Development & WritingDraft, edit, and format clear, compelling proposal narratives, executive summaries, and technical sections.Translate technical construction information into client‑focused, persuasive messaging.Maintain and update content libraries, including project descriptions, resumes, and boilerplate text.Graphic Design & PresentationBuild visually polished proposal layouts using Adobe InDesign.Create and refine PowerPoint presentations for interviews and client‑facing meetings.Apply brand standards consistently across all materials.Coordinate supporting visuals such as graphics, maps, charts, and imagery.Coordination & CollaborationPartner closely with Texas Business Development and Operations leaders to gather accurate inputs.Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure brand alignment and leverage shared resources.Support post‑submission activities, including interview prep, revisions, and best‑and‑finals.Process & Quality ControlMaintain version control and ensure accuracy across all documents.Track pursuit outcomes and maintain proposal metrics.Continuously improve templates, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.What you need for success:3+ years of experience in proposal coordination or proposal writing, ideally within construction, engineering, or professional servicesBachelor's degree in marketing or communications or related (preferred)Proficiency in Adobe InDesignAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPointStrong written communication, editing, and message refinement skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervisionHigh attention to detail and strong standards for accuracy and presentationStrength in visual communication, execution discipline, and cross functional collaborationSound judgment in fast paced, high-pressure environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting public sector pursuits (K12, higher education, municipal)Familiarity with A/E/C or design build environmentsWorking knowledge of CRM or pursuit tracking toolsUnderstanding of the Texas marketWhat you can expect:A culture built on teamwork, respect, and entrepreneurial spiritLeadership that invests in your growth and career developmentOpportunities to take on new challenges, cross-train, and expand your skillsetRecognition and rewards for your contributions and achievementsA fast-paced, sports-driven environment where your work makes an impactSounds like your kind of team?If you’re ready to bring your passion and talent to a company that champions your future, we want to hear from you.
