Marketing Project Manager (Remote)

Job Description Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to ensure marketing initiatives and cross-departmental projects are delivered on time and without bottlenecks. This role will live inside Notion, owning project visibility, documentation, and the creation of SOPs and operational documents that improve clarity, accountability, and scalability across departments.   This role acts as the accountability engine of the marketing department — tracking deadlines, securing approvals, coordinating SMEs, and ensuring no task falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and ensures projects move forward efficiently.  Job Responsibilities Project Oversight & Deadline Management  Own marketing project timelines from kickoff to completion  Maintain master marketing calendar and campaign roadmap  Track deliverables across marketing, sales, leadership, and product teams  Ensure no tasks, approvals, or deadlines are missed  Cross-Department Coordination  Follow up with SMEs for content interviews and approvals  Coordinate quote approvals, product approvals, and leadership reviews  Ensure timely feedback loops between departments  Schedule and manage recurring project meetings  Task & Workflow Management  Maintain project boards (Notion, Strety, etc.)  Assign tasks and track completion  Identify bottlenecks and escalate when necessary  Improve workflow efficiency and documentation  Meeting & Communication Management  Run status meetings and distribute action items  Provide weekly project status updates  Maintain documentation of processes and project SOPs  Quality Control & Accountability  Ensure all marketing materials move through proper approval workflows  Confirm deliverables are finalized before launch  Monitor alignment between marketing strategy and execution  Job Qualifications 3–6+ years of project management experience  Experience working in marketing or cross-functional teams  Strong organizational and time-management skills  Excellent follow-up and communication abilities  Experience with project management software  Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously  Strong documentation skills  Preferred:  PMP or project management certification  Experience in B2B or technology environments  Job KPIs 100% on-time campaign launches  <5% deadline slippage rate  Approval turnaround time reduced quarter-over-quarter  Weekly project reports delivered consistently  Cross-department satisfaction score 8/10+  Job Characteristics Highly organized  Persistent and proactive  Detail-focused  Clear communicator  Calm under pressure  Process-oriented  Job Requirements A home office set up that meets the following: Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or macOS 12 or newer. Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following: Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds. Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings. Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app. Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls. Compensation Pay rate starts at $6.00/hour and may vary by experience and location.
