About the roleThe Marketing Project Manager will provide dedicated program execution support for large scale partner led programs, enabling day to day delivery and ensuring consistent execution across nominated partner cohorts. This role is responsible for operationalizing partner strategy, maintaining program momentum, and driving measurable outcomes through strong coordination, governance, and performance management.The Marketing Project Manager acts as the central point of execution, aligning partners, third party agencies, and internal stakeholders to agreed objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.What you'll doPartner Onboarding & EnablementOnboard approved partners into programs, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and readinessSet clear expectations for timelines, deliverables, and success metricsAct as the primary point of coordination for partner execution readinessProgram Execution & Milestone ManagementDrive end-to-end program execution against defined milestones and timelinesCoordinate delivery across approved third-party agenciesMonitor progress, proactively addressing risks and execution gapsEnsure alignment across partners, agencies, and internal teamsAgency Coordination & OversightServe as the operational liaison between partners, agencies, and internal stakeholdersEnsure agency work aligns with approved scope, timelines, and program goalsTrack and validate agency deliverables against program requirementsPerformance Tracking & ReportingEnsure accurate and timely reporting against defined success metricsTrack execution progress, outcomes, and overall performanceDeliver regular status updates, performance summaries, and ROI supportOperational GovernanceMaintain consistent execution standards across all participating partnersEnforce program processes, operating cadences, and reporting expectationsIdentify and escalate execution risks or dependencies as neededProject Management & CommunicationOwn project plans, milestones, and ongoing status reportingLead weekly project meetings and execution check-insAct as the single point of contact for all program communicationsQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Proven experience managing marketing program or project execution in complex, multi stakeholder environmentsStrong coordination skills across partners, internal teams, and third party agenciesAbility to manage milestone based delivery with clear accountability and structureStrong operational discipline with the ability to enforce processes and governanceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive ready status updatesProactive risk identification and problem solving mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting partner programs, partner enablement, or agency led execution modelsExperience in the tech b2b channelPartner Marketing experienceExperience working with distributed or remote teams supporting global stakeholdersBenefitsAll full-time employees of The Channel Company enjoy benefit offerings such as medical, dental, vision, tele-health, disability, life insurance, health savings accounts, paid parental leave, company matched 401k, unlimited PTO, sick time, and 15 company paid holidays.
