What you’ll do:Own Bettercomp's end-to-end webinars and events program from tactical planning through execution, including internal and external/sponsored webinars and events, trade shows, and local/field events and local association sponsorships.Manage the full program calendar, balancing owned events (where Bettercomp controls content and format) with third-party sponsorships (where we show up as a sponsor or featured guest)Own program budget: evaluate and select sponsorship opportunities, negotiate with vendors, track spend, and optimize ROI across the portfolioOwn lead targets and lead delivery: set goals for leads generated per event, track performance against targets, and ensure timely delivery of leads to the pipelineManage end-to-end logistics for each event: speaker sourcing and preparation, platform setup, promotion, registration, production, and post-event follow-upBuild repeatable playbooks, templates, and processes that make the program scalable across both owned and sponsored formatsWhat we're looking for: 6-8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on programs, demand generation and/or eventsDemonstrated experience owning and growing a webinar or events program end-to-end, including both owned and sponsored formatsExperience working within a budget: evaluating opportunities, tracking spend, and reporting on ROIProven ownership of lead generation targets: you've set lead goals, tracked pipeline contribution, and delivered resultsStrong cross-functional collaborator: you know how to get alignment across the organization without needing formal authorityData-driven: you set goals, track performance, and use results to improve program investmentsExcellent project management skills: you can run multiple programs simultaneously without dropping detailsStrong written and verbal communication; comfortable on camera and in front of partners and customersExperience with webinar platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRMsNice to have:Experience in HR tech, compensation, or a related B2B SaaS categoryExperience with marketing operations and reportingExperience evaluating and negotiating third-party sponsorship opportunitiesWhy you’ll love it:Bettercomp is transforming the way companies approach compensation, delivering modern, data-driven solutions that help organizations streamline pay practices, ensure fairness, and stay competitive.
