The Content Marketing Production Specialist is responsible for working with the Production and Communications Deployment Manager on the production process of all marketing materials. This role manages print vendor relationships, including bid solicitation, and maintaining production schedules for all related marketing materials. This position will assist in the implementation of key processes in guiding projects start to finish through the Marketing department. The role collaborates with the Marketing and Database Management teams in scheduling to produce customized and personalized materials using database elements in multiple direct marketing channels. How You Will Contribute: Work with Marketing resources and services, including creative design professionals, multimedia, social media, and copywriting resources internally and externally. Work with sales representatives and Database Management in setting criteria for email and mailing campaigns. Help set standards for work quality, creativity, and on-time project delivery of work assigned to the Marketing department. Track and evaluate the financial aspects of all Marketing activities, such as budgets and expenses; closely monitor monthly results and how those results may affect future deployment of marketing campaigns. Manage Marketing strategies for all practice groups and accounts in conjunction with leadership from appropriate business areas. Work with clients, sales representatives, and management to create Marketing calendars and detailed marketing plans; ensure proper execution. Coordinate and participate with the Marketing Representative assigned to promotional activities and trade shows for all business areas. Conduct necessary due diligence to select vendors/partners that execute Marketing activities. Skills & Experience to be Successful: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Marketing production management/coordination or project management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of videography production, photography, print layout, print production, USPS rules and regulations, copy editing, and event coordination, trade show production, and product management. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization.
