Description Requisition Template   POSITION TITLE:  Marketing Manager, Product Manager (Mortgage & Financial Services)  Position Summary: Onity Group Inc. is seeking a high-energy and motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is a hands-on contributor focused on designing, executing, and analyzing multi-channel campaigns across our forward and reverse mortgage product lines, with a key emphasis on navigating the customer journey throughout the entire loan lifecycle. It’s an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and wants to make a measurable impact on business performance.   This remote position offers exposure to the entire marketing funnel (from strategy design to execution) and the chance to shape campaigns across two product lines (forward and reverse mortgage), providing significant growth potential within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Job Functions and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must successfully drive: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and deliver targeted campaigns across multiple channels, including, but not limited to, email, print, and web channels, guiding customers through their full loan journey. Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage predictive models and customer data to create relevant, timely campaigns that increase conversion, improve recapture, and enhance the overall customer experience. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; identify trends and opportunities to optimize conversion and ROI. Cross-Sell & Product Marketing: Manage cross-sell initiatives by developing campaign cadences, rotating offers, and pitching multiple products to maximize customer lifetime value. Mortgage Product Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing and cross-sell strategies across the full mortgage loan lifecycle—including purchase, home equity, and refinance offerings—to effectively balance portfolio growth and maximize customer lifetime value. Vendor Collaboration: Partner with external vendors to ensure campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and with high quality. Efficiency & Budget Management: Track and manage campaign spend to improve efficiency and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Customer Funnel Optimization: Partner with the Director of Marketing to align campaigns to the customer journey, ensuring that strategies support each stage of the funnel. Increased campaign response and conversion rates. Improved recapture and customer retention. Optimized campaign spend and marketing efficiency. Consistent delivery of impactful, data-driven campaigns that drive results. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education, experience and qualities: 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in mortgage or financial services. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Act-On, or similar). Proven track record executing direct mail/print and email campaigns from strategy through delivery. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while maintaining creativity and attention to detail. Intellectual Curiosity – passion for continuous learning and understanding “why.”   Training / Licensing Requirements:  Must pass the Company’s Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable. The salary range for this position is expected to be $.110,000 – $125,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. #PHH #Onity
