Fenix24 provides an assurance of recovery in the event of a cyberattack, leading to the restoration of critical infrastructure, data and systems, with a minimum of downtime and financial loss.   About This Position We are searching for a Marketing Presentation Specialist to join our Fenix24 team. In this role, you will be supporting the executive team, marketing and business development. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation, design, and management of visual presentations and related strategic content. This role bridges the gap between visual design execution and high-level messaging to support marketing, sales, and executive communication in translating concepts into clear, compelling, integrated content and visual messages.   Key Responsibilities  Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into easy-to-understand visual slides.  Translate technical and/or complex content Create, write, and structure content for presentations, ensuring a logical flow, clear messaging, and engaging narrative Design high-quality, quality assured presentations that adhere to brand guidelines primarily using PowerPoint Exercise independent judgment & use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, create, or otherwise complete presentation requests Perform Quality Assurance on own work and/or work of others, as requested Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills Education -Bachelors in Marketing or graphic design preferred Minimum 5 years of presentation development experience Proficient in PowerPoint with the ability to create dynamic and interactive slides Competency with other design tools for editing and/or creating documents; adobe, canva preferred Demonstrated ability to turn data and product details into a skillfully interpretated presentation through infographics, charts, and multi-media Strong attention to detail especially with precision in formatting and layout while maintaining brand consistency Ability to manage multiple presentation projects Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills Strong copywriting and editing skills Ability to form relationships across all levels of the company while modeling Fenix24s Culture and Values    Core Values & Competencies Integrity Compassion Enthusiasm Dependability Commitment to excellence Why work for us?We offer a dynamic, innovative work environment with rewarding work - help save our clients from disaster!
