DescriptionThe Lead Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in the brand unification initiative by defining and executing the tactical plan for domain inventory and triage. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing existing documentation, identifying gaps, and ensuring accurate categorization and disposition of approximately 1,200 domains. Responsibilities include analyzing web analytics, documenting technology stacks, coordinating with product owners and marketing leads, and providing recommendations for domain migration strategies. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects in a remote environment.SkillsDigital, Digital marketing, Project management, Program management, Digital project management, Digital content, Strategy, Product management, Operation, stakeholder management, content mapping, seo, google analyticsAdditional Skills & Qualifications· Content Audit & Mapping: Analyze existing legacy websites to identify redundant, outdated, or conflicting content and create detailed content inventories and mapping documents for migration.· Work within a larger team environment and with key stakeholders to understand the business purpose and migration complexity for more than 1000 legacy websites.· Document the business purpose, key stakeholders, domain ownership, web content and web technology stack to support a future transition to a unified platform.· Use SEMrush to understand and document web traffic volumes for business keywords.· Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with developers, UX designers, and project managers to align content strategy with technical implementation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.· Documentation & Governance: Maintain migration runbooks, content mapping guides, and process documentation; enforce brand, compliance, and accessibility standards across consolidated site.· Experience with large-scale website consolidation or re-platforming projects.· Ability to manage complex content workflows and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.· Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
