About the RoleWhisker Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Marketing Operations Specialist to support the systems, campaigns, and data infrastructure that power our marketing organization.In this role, you will help operationalize marketing campaigns across lifecycle, growth, and partner initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations, you will manage campaign execution, maintain marketing platforms, and support reporting that helps the team make confident decisions.You will operate at the intersection of marketing campaigns, systems, and data, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, tools remain reliable, and marketing performance is accurately tracked.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with hands-on campaign execution and who wants to deepen their expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, and marketing measurement.You will support the implementation of new marketing technologies and automation initiatives, including emerging AI-enabled workflows. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the evolving landscape of marketing at a critical time.What You'll DoCampaign Operations & Lifecycle ExecutionExecute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, digital, and partner channels using marketing automation and CRM platforms.Build and manage lifecycle communications, including transactional and triggered messaging such as enrollment confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, and activation reminders.Support campaign segmentation, audience targeting, scheduling, and launch coordination to ensure accurate delivery and consistent customer experiences.Conduct campaign QA to validate segmentation, links, creative assets, and tracking prior to launch.Work closely with channel owners across growth, lifecycle, content, and partner marketing to execute campaigns within marketing automation and CRM platforms.Marketing Technology & Platform ManagementSupport the ongoing administration and maintenance of the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.Build and maintain automation workflows, lists, tags, and campaign tracking structures. Maintain CRM hygiene including lists, tags, segmentation structures, and campaign tracking frameworks.Assist with platform integrations and system updates to ensure tools remain connected and operational.Document marketing operations processes and maintain internal resources for campaign execution and system workflows.Data, Reporting, & MeasurementSupport the development and maintenance of marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks used by the marketing team and leadership.Ensure campaigns are properly tagged and tracked to enable accurate performance reporting.Pull and analyze campaign performance data across marketing channels.Help identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities based on campaign results. Ensure campaign links and assets follow established tracking standards including UTM parameters and naming conventions.Support broader measurement initiatives, including partner segmentation, audience analysis, and campaign performance reporting.Process Optimization & Operational SupportSupport improvements to how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and tracked across teams.Maintain documentation for campaign workflows, naming conventions, and marketing operations standards.Coordinate with cross-functional partners including Product, Partnerships, Operations, and Sales to support campaign launches and program execution.Contribute to operational improvements that increase marketing efficiency and scalability.Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or campaign managementExperience working with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar)Experience working in marketing analytics or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.Strong attention to detail and comfort managing campaign setup, segmentation, tracking, workflows, and data structuresExperience supporting ecommerce or digital marketing programs across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Meta, or Google.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneouslyStrong analytical thinking and ability to interpret marketing performance dataWorking proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExperience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similarBasic HTML/CSS knowledge to support QANice to HaveExperience with lifecycle marketing and automated customer journeysFamiliarity with campaign tracking frameworks and UTM parametersExperience building dashboards or reporting within marketing platformsComfort working across marketing, product, and partner teams in a cross-functional environmentFamiliarity with SEO, AEO, and GEO principles, including how structured content, metadata, and technical implementation support search visibility and AI-driven discoveryWhat You’ll BringCampaigns launch smoothly with accurate targeting and trackingMarketing automation workflows are reliable and well maintainedCampaign reporting is delivered consistently and accuratelyMarketing platforms remain organized, documented, and scalableMarketing teams can launch campaigns faster with fewer operational blockersWhy Join Us?By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a groundbreaking technology that is creating a new category while helping to protect families, homes, and communities from the devastating impacts of electrical fires.
