As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support the marketing operations team by executing daily data operations, maintaining system accuracy, and assisting with lead management processes.This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations & Technology and works closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to maintain data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce, support lead workflows, and execute operational tasks that keep our marketing and sales systems running smoothly. You'll gain hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, learn data management best practices, and contribute to the foundation of scalable marketing operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and takes pride in maintaining high data quality standards.YOU WILLData Operations & QualityMonitor HubSpot/Salesforce data sync and flag sync failures or data flow issues for escalationExecute daily data quality audits and cleanup processes to maintain database accuracySupport duplicate detection and resolution workflows across both systemsIdentify and flag orphaned contacts and data integrity issues for resolutionAssist with data enrichment processes and database standardization initiativesFollow established data governance standards and quality control proceduresLead Management SupportSupport lead creation, validation, and status update processesConduct lead status audits to ensure accurate lifecycle trackingMonitor lead routing and flag exceptions or routing failuresAssist with lead handoff processes between marketing and sales teamsValidate lead data completeness and accuracy before routing to salesAccount & Database SupportExecute CapDB (Capital Database) refresh processes under directionAssist with account creation and configuration for new go-to-market initiativesSupport target account list maintenance and segmentation updatesHelp maintain database hygiene across multiple data sourcesReporting & Administrative SupportAssist with updating existing reports and dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpotSupport ad hoc data requests from marketing and sales teamsPull data exports and assist with basic data analysis tasksMonitor the marketing inbox and triage operational requestsProcess Execution & DocumentationFollow established workflows and standard operating proceduresDocument processes and update procedure guides as directedAssist with testing new workflows or system updatesSupport integration monitoring and flag issues for escalationProvide backup support for system administration tasks as neededTHE ESSENTIALS0-2 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a related roleExposure to Salesforce and HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platformsExperience or strong interest in data management, data quality, and system optimizationExceptional attention to detail with commitment to data accuracyStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesProcess-oriented mindset with ability to follow established workflowsSelf-starter who is eager to learn and takes initiativeStrong communication skills with ability to collaborate across teamsProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulationNICE TO HAVEHands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot administrationBackground in financial services, compliance, or fintech industryFamiliarity with 6sense, Qualified, or other marketing automation platformsBasic understanding of lead management and routing conceptsExperience with data hygiene and deduplication processesSalesforce or HubSpot certificationsWE OFFERA fun, fast-paced work environmentResponsible PTO Plan that meets or exceeds state and local medical and family leave laws11 paid holidaysCommunity and social events to keep you connected and engagedMental Health BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision insuranceCompany-paid Group Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term DisabilityFlexible Spending Account & Health Savings AccountAflac Benefits – Critical Illness, Cancer Protection, & Hospital ChoicePet Insurance401 (k) with company match with eligibility on Day 1 of employment2 Paid Volunteer Time Off DaysAnd much more! Compensation InformationPursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $75,000 to $85,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.
