Marketing Operations Manager

The RoleWe’re looking for a builder-operator to join our Growth team. In this role, you will manage the systems, processes, and reporting that help our Growth organization scale effectively. This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with growth, sales, finance, and GTM leadership to improve execution and drive data-informed decision-making.We are looking for someone who has excellent operational skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in SaaS MOps. Experience in the legal/legaltech industry is a big plus! If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for operations, growth and technology, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize our marketing technology stack to support rapid GTM growth and enable seamless lead managementDevelop and refine marketing operations processes, including lead scoring, routing, nurturing workflows, and funnel optimization to enhance efficiency and effectivenessLead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutionsCollaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, email automation, and performance tracking.Maintain clean and organized marketing and sales databases, providing regular analytics and insights to measure campaign ROI, lead quality, and pipeline contributionQualifications3-5 years of marketing operations experience in a fast paced environment, preferably at a startup or scaling SaaS companyProven mastery of Hubspot, Google Analytics, Clay, Zapier and other marketing automation toolsAbility to analyze marketing performance data, uncover actionable insights, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with Webflow and basic proficiency with JS/HTMLMiscellaneousFull-time positionRemote working conditions depending on location.
