Reporting to the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be the architect of our marketing operations infrastructure, driving efficiency through automation, AI integration, and data-driven decision making.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building scalable systems from the ground up. You'll conduct a continuous and comprehensive audit of our current HubSpot instance and lead the transformation to a best-in-class marketing operations engine that powers our growth.What you’ll doOwn & Optimize HubSpotServe as the primary HubSpot administrator and strategic architect, owning all aspects of the platformConduct a thorough audit of our current instance, identifying gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunitiesDesign and implement sophisticated workflows, lead scoring models, and attribution frameworksBuild and maintain data hygiene processes to ensure CRM data integrity (SFDC)Drive Marketing Automation ExcellenceDesign and deploy multi-touch nurture campaigns that move prospects through the buyer's journeyImplement advanced lead scoring to optimize MQL conversion rateCreate behavioral triggers and personalization strategies to increase engagementDevelop automated reporting dashboards for campaign performance and pipeline contributionLeverage AI for Competitive AdvantageIntegrate AI tools into marketing workflows to enhance productivity and campaign effectivenessCritically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliancePioneer new AI use cases for segmentation, personalization, and predictive analyticsEnable Account-Based MarketingImplement and manage ABM platforms to support targeted enterprise campaignsBuild account scoring models, attribution models, and intent data integrationCreate orchestrated plays across marketing and sales for target account penetrationMeasure and optimize ABM program performance and ROIBe a Strategic PartnerCollaborate with the GTM organization to ensure seamless lead handoff and lifecycle managementPartner with all marketing functions, including but not limited to Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Content Marketing, and Partner Marketing.Work with sales and marketing leadership to improve lead quality and follow-up processesProvide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and investment decisionsWhat you’ll bring4+ years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS environmentsDeep expertise in HubSpot administration, including workflows, attribution, reporting, and integrationsHands-on experience with Salesforce, ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or similar)Proven track record of auditing and rebuilding marketing tech stacksProficiency with AI tools to enhance productivity, including prompt engineering skills, ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and relevance, and experience integrating AI into professional workflowsAdvanced knowledge of lead scoring, attribution modeling, and marketing analyticsExperience with data management, segmentation, and database hygieneUnderstanding of API integrations and webhook configurationsHow Rewind Will Support YouWe know that enjoying the journey is just as important as reaching our goals.
