Scale.If you thrive in the details and the big picture, this role is for you.Quickparts is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to build and manage the systems, processes, and analytics infrastructure that support our global go-to-market strategy. This is not a desk-only role. You will own our CRM, partner across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and drive scalable, measurable impact across the marketing funnel.You will own our CRM platform, personally lead campaign operations, and be the driving force behind the data integrity and reporting infrastructure that powers our global marketing engine.Why This Role MattersOur Marketing Operations function is critical to data integrity, campaign execution, and cross-functional alignment. As Marketing Operations Manager, you will:✔ Own and evolve the global CRM (HubSpot)✔ Drive hands-on campaign execution and optimization✔ Build systems that scale with growth✔ Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success✔ Be the owner of attribution, analytics, and funnel reportingWhat You'll DoCRM Management (HubSpot)Maintain and evolve the global CRM (HubSpot), ensuring structural integrity, data accuracy, and usability across teamsPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align CRM workflows with the full customer lifecycleLead training and documentation to support adoption and consistencyManage CRM data hygiene, enrichment, and synchronization with ERP (NetSuite) and related systemsOversee ongoing governance and platform development to meet evolving GTM requirementsMarketing Operations & Campaign EnablementCollaborate with demand generation and content teams to support campaign planning, execution, and optimizationManage campaign execution including segmentation, lead routing, forms, workflows, and A/B testingIdentify performance improvement opportunities across the funnel, from initial engagement to sales qualificationDefine and enforce UTM strategy and naming conventions for clean attribution and reportingRefine lead scoring models and lifecycle stages to improve conversion and handoffsAnalytics, Attribution & OptimizationDevelop and manage campaign performance dashboards in HubSpot and Power BIOwn marketing attribution tracking and evolve multi-touch attribution models in partnership with analytics teamsMonitor funnel metrics, identify drop-offs, and recommend improvementsProvide insights and performance reports to marketing, sales, and executive leadershipTech Stack & Project LeadershipManage integrations across the marketing and sales technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite, webinar tools, enrichment, chat)Serve as point of contact for external integrators and technology partnersLead cross-functional infrastructure and data projects that enhance GTM performanceMaintain SOPs and documentation for scalability and consistencySupport select sales enablement projectsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or revenue operationsExpertise in HubSpot CRM and Marketing HubExperience with ERP integrations (preferably NetSuite)Familiarity with data visualization tools and campaign attribution modelsStrong knowledge of lead lifecycle management, scoring, and funnel reportingDemonstrated project management skills with multiple stakeholders and timelinesExcellent communication, documentation, and training skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience with additional marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)Exposure to paid media operations and analytics (Google Ads, LinkedIn)Familiarity with GDPR compliance and data governanceWhy You'll Love It HereDirect collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Executive leadershipReal ownership — your work shapes the company's GTM engineHigh-growth, global organizationComplex technical and data challengesAbility to leave a legacy system behindStrong culture of accountability and collaborationFlexible work environment (remote or hybrid)Competitive compensation401K Employer matchExcellent health and wellness benefitsGenerous Paid Time Off - Recharge with ample PTO, including vacation days, sick leave, and holidaysCelebrate Your Strengths!We believe that understanding your natural behavioral style helps ensure success for both you and Quickparts.
