Cylinder’s vision is to create a world where people receive convenient, personalized, and affordable access to the quality digestive healthcare they need to improve their overall health.Position SummaryWe’re seeking a Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-informed, multi-channel marketing. This role blends strategy and execution—owning lifecycle campaign development while optimizing the systems, data, and processes that power them. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how and when members engage with Cylinder, ensuring they receive timely, personalized communications that guide them to the right care and ultimately improve their health outcomes.Responsibilities Include:Marketing OperationsOwn architecture, integration, and ongoing optimization of email automation tool (Iterable), serving as the internal expert and primary vendor leadIdentify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and scalePartner with Data and Product to ensure data accuracy and integrations, audience integrity, and reliable event trackingDocument workflows and best practices for campaign setup, naming conventions, data hygiene, and reporting consistency.Monitor channel performance and deliverability, adjusting strategies as neededLifecycle Strategy & ExecutionExecute lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and other digital channels using IterableDesign and optimize end-to-end member journeys (onboarding, engagement, retention, winback)Analyze campaign results to generate insights and drive continuous improvementYou'll be a good fit here if you are:Passionate about improving gut healthExceptional attention to detailSelf-motivated problem solverSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environmentComfortable with fluid job responsibilitiesRequired Qualifications:5+ years of work experience with 3+ years of direct marketing operations experienceAt least one year of experience working at a start upAdvanced expertise in Iterable, or similar tool, including the ability to develop complex customer journeys from scratch and create data-driven audience segments to optimize member engagementStrong data analysis and optimization capabilitiesSelf-directed, highly organized, and ability to prioritizeCylinder is an equal opportunity employer.
