London School of Excellence Ltd is a UK-based training, tuition, and student recruitment organisation supporting both local and international students in accessing high-quality education in the UK and globally. We work closely with universities, colleges, and institutional partners to deliver ethical guidance, professional counselling, and end-to-end admission support. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing Operations Manager – Student Recruitment to manage lead generation, marketing execution, and conversion operations. This is a hands-on role combining marketing, operations, and recruitment performance management. Tasks Manage the full student recruitment funnel from lead generation to enrolment Collect, manage, and maintain student leads from digital, offline, and partner channels Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the student journey Drive lead-to-enrolment conversion through structured processes and monitoring Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrolments in CRM systems Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns Coordinate seminars, events, outreach programs, and promotional activities Work closely with internal marketing teams to optimise content, ads, and messaging Coordinate with education agents and internal counsellors to ensure smooth operations Monitor agent and counsellor performance against enrolment targets Support UK and international student recruitment across multiple intakes Track KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, enrolments, and campaign ROI Prepare regular performance reports and insights for senior management Identify gaps in recruitment funnels and recommend improvements Improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency to support scalability Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or management roles Proven experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or admissions operations Strong understanding of UK and/or international education systems and admission processes Experience managing leads, recruitment funnels, and conversion performance Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and KPI tracking Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field Benefits Competitive and negotiable salary based on experience Performance-based monthly bonuses Fully remote role with international exposure Opportunity to work with global education partners and institutions Supportive, professional, and growth-focused work environment Clear career progression and leadership development opportunities If you are passionate about education, marketing, and operations—and driven to deliver measurable recruitment results—we would love to hear from you.
