If you’re excited tobuild the systems that power the next generation of private market investing, we’d love to talk.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll lead core initiatives across our marketing and revenue stack to improve execution, alignment, andinsight. Responsibilities include:Managing and optimizing Allocate's marketing systems - including HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, Brevo, and Google Analytics - for campaign execution, data flow, and full-funnel visibilityEvolving lifestyle marketing infrastructure: workflows, segmentation, lead routing, attribution, and reportingPartnering with cross-functional teams to align systems with strategic business goalsSupporting website and campaign operations through enhancements, tagging, and analytic configurationEnsuring system hygiene, documentation, and compliance with privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)Leading special projects: platform evaluations, data migrations, new tool implementations, and process improvementsQualifications4–6+ years of hands-on experience managing and integrating marketing technology platforms in high-growth, SaaS or fintech contextStrong technical fluency across martech systems and data integrations into a unified revenue systemProven ability to scale martech in a high-growth SaaS or fintech contextAbility to independently optimize workflows and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholdersProficiency in HTML/CSS basics, UTM tagging, and digital tracking best practicesProject management skills and clear communication in fast-paced, iterative settingsA mindset rooted in problem solving and a commitment to excellent internal service preferred (but not required)Deep working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, and Google Analytics Experience scaling martech in a B2B or fintech environmentFamiliarity with Brevo or similar email platformsInterest in helping shape broader marketing operations strategy as systems evolve The base pay offered will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, location, skills, training, certifications and education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role, as well as internal equity and market data. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range; however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
