Marketing Operations Intern – Data Management & AI Workflows

Data management & hygienePerform manual data updates and cleanup across account and contact records to support marketing & SDR workflowsAssist with list matching, enrichment, de-duplication, and data normalizationHelp identify recurring data issues and document patterns or recommendations for improvementSupport ongoing data quality initiatives tied to campaigns, outbound efforts, and reporting SDR & go-to-market supportPrepare and maintain clean, accurate data sets for marketing outreach and campaignsAssist with ad-hoc data requests from Marketing teamsValidate data before uploads, launches, or handoffs to ensure accuracy and completeness AI & automation supportHelp maintain and monitor existing automation workflows (e.g., Zapier-based workflows)Assist with testing, QA, and documentation of automation and AI-enabled processesExplore opportunities where AI or automation could reduce manual work or improve speed and consistencySupport basic prompt testing, workflow tweaks, and process improvements under guidance from the team Documentation & process supportDocument data processes, workflow logic, and “how-to” guides for internal useHelp keep operational documentation up to date as processes evolve Icertis is the global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence.
