You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.The OpportunityThe global Marketing Operations Executive sits within the Brand & Communications team and is responsible for ensuring seamless operational flow, cross-functional alignment, and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives across global and regional teams. This role acts as the connective tissue between creative production, campaign planning, systems management, and interdepartmental collaboration. This role ensures transparency, efficiency, and consistent execution across all marketing activities.What You'll DoProduction & Workflow Management: Map and co-ordinate the full production lifecycle from initial brief and intake through creative development, review cycles, and final asset delivery. Lead the day-to-day management of the creative production pipeline (especially video, photo, and complex design projects) from brief through final delivery.Manage and optimise a transparent workflow management tool (e.g., Notion), ensuring it is maintained daily and adopted by all contributors.Ensure follow up of actions and cascade project tasks to relevant teams to meet regional requests.Systems & Calendar Ownership: Own and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring assets are organised, searchable, up-to-date, and brand-aligned. Own the coordination and manage timelines and tasks for quarterly global campaigns, including timeline ownership and internal communication across teams.Support the Events team with internal coordination for flagship events, including staffing, travel, and accommodation logistics.Maintain a global marketing calendar, ensuring accurate visibility of activities and consistent adoption across global and regional teams.Global & Cross-functional Alignment: Coordinate and run alignment meetings between global and regional marketing teams. Act as the primary liaison between the design/production team and internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales).Act as the primary liaison between the design/production team and internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Sales), clearly communicating timelines, project status, and potential risks.Coordinate and run alignment meetings between global and regional marketing teams, ensuring agendas, slide decks, notes, action items, and follow-ups are completed on time.Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to support integrated sales and marketing enablement.Campaign & Event Coordination: Manage and coordinate the execution timelines and logistics for global campaigns and key events.Own the coordination and manage timelines and tasks for quarterly global campaigns, including timeline ownership and internal communication across teams.Support the Events team with internal coordination for flagship events, including staffing, travel, and accommodation logistics.Reporting & Insights: Track, report on, and provide insights into key marketing performance metrics. Own the reporting of key marketing KPIs, including creative performance and PR impact (e.g., backlink generation, domain authority improvements).Provide monthly reporting packs and insights for internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity on performance and optimisation opportunities.Who You AreProject Management: A minimum of 3 years coordinating and running projects within a marketing org. Campaign Management: Experience supporting end-to-end marketing campaign execution, coordinating phases from kick-off to creative build through to channel execution and reporting.Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working across multiple functions and management of stakeholder input, delivery and feedback.Workflow Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion) and asset management systems (DAM).Data handling and reporting: Comfortable collecting data (e.g. creative performance metrics, PR / backlink metrics, campaign KPIs), consolidating across sources (creatives, PR, demand-gen, regional marketing), and producing monthly/quarterly reporting.BenefitsYour wellbeing is important to us - we provide private healthcare, 2 Wellness Days, an employee assistance program and a free online GP service.As part of our Financial Wellbeing, we provide competitive Compensation, an Employee Share Purchase Scheme, Pension, Life Assurance, and Income Protection.
