Our marketing team runs multi-brand campaigns, email programs, and digital funnels for an international buyer audience.We're hiring a Marketing Operations Assistant to own campaign execution so our marketing leadership stays focused on strategy.This is an execution role. You will not be setting strategy or creating content. You will be the person who makes sure everything goes live correctly, on time, every time.What You'll DoBuild and schedule email campaigns in HubSpotSet up and update landing pages using existing templatesQA test every email, form, link, and CTA before launchPrepare and clean contact lists for campaign sendsTrack UTMs and verify attribution is set up correctlyPull basic reports and flag performance issuesKeep campaign records organized and up to dateWhat We're Looking For1–3 years in marketing, admin, or a similar operations roleProfessional English required — all work is done in EnglishSpanish is a plus given our regional marketsHas used at least one email marketing or CRM platform (HubSpot preferred)Obsessively detail-oriented: you catch errors others missOrganized by default, not by effortCommunicates clearly and follows through without remindersBased in Latin America, available during US Eastern or Central business hoursWhat This Role Is NotNot a content creator.
