As a key member of the Marketing team, you will assist in projects that will strengthen our brand and articulate our value to both internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational support for projects that drive growth and conduct events both in-office and offsite in our markets. The ideal candidate will have experience with event management, email deployment, or healthcare marketing. Gather and provide knowledge and support across B2B projects for operations, team trainings and project executionProvides essential support across event logistics, marketing lead generation projects, communications, and B2B project managementSupport the sending of corporate and practice email communications in Pardot (email marketing tool), while ensuring proper data tracking and managing Salesforce tasks as neededOwn all pre-and post-event logistics, managing everything from venue sourcing, food and beverage selections, and high-stakes vendor relationships to speaker logistics and integrated promotional communications to drive attendee engagementEnsure the registration and attendance process is optimized for each event utilizing Blackthorn, our Event Registration system, and pre/post communications are queued up with accurate informationManage external vendor and internal stakeholder requests while establishing collaborative relationshipsCoordinate national conference logistics and application submissions for Privia representativesTravel to and support large scale offsite event delivery and execution (as needed)Manage initial outreach for contracts and oversee the execution of contracts and payments between our Legal team and venue and/or vendor, to ensure contract deadlines and requirements are metWork closely with internal stakeholders to develop event theme, branding, and communication needsOwn the post-event feedback process by creating surveys and analyzing needed improvements/successes for future eventsLead day-to-day operations of our marketing portal including large-scale market orders, care center orders, uploads, troubleshooting, procurement, etc.Manage the promotional item ordering process as requested as well as internal employee culture itemsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business preferred1+ years experience in event planning recommendedProject management experience; Excellent time management skills and experience working under strict deadlinesStrong writing and communication skills with physicians, staff, and all levels of the organizationHighly organized role ideal for someone who enjoys both social interaction and behind-the-scenes coordinationAbility track many moving parts without dropping details and remaining organized in a fast-paced environmentMust comply with HIPAA rules and regulationsSocial media and email marketing experienceComfortable with spreadsheets and Google WorkspaceAbility to think both tactically and strategicallyCommitment to delivering the highest level of customer serviceAbility to prioritize, work independently and follow through effectivelyThe salary range for this role is $52,000.00-$65,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
