Role DescriptionThe Marketing Manager for Women’s Health leads the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives tailored to products and services within the women’s health sector. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and market growth by leveraging deep insights into customer needs and industry trends. The manager collaborates cross‑functionally with product development, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure strategies align with company goals and compliance standards. They oversee campaign planning, digital marketing, and market research to optimize outreach and impact—ultimately enhancing the company’s market position and contributing to improved health outcomes for women through effective marketing leadership. Key duties and responsibilities, other duties may be assigned:Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for products and target markets to achieve revenue and market share objectives. Research market landscape, competition, customer needs, and opportunities; identify and assess new potential markets and segments. Drive go-to-market and product launch planning, including defining product positioning, pricing, naming, promotional strategy, and messaging to maximize market impact.Define and refine product positioning and messaging based on market dynamics, customer insights, and pain points.Create marketing materials and support sales and clinical training initiatives.Plan and execute comprehensive tactical marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation (SEO/SEM, CRM, marketing automation). Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and campaign performance; adjust strategies to optimize ROI and market penetration. Serve as brand evangelist and spokesperson for the assigned portfolio; engage with key opinion leaders and represent the brand at industry events. Identify key tradeshows and events; lead strategy and vision for each event; collaborate with tradeshow team for planning and execution. Support internal and external promotions, including sales promotions and digital campaigns, to drive customer engagement and lead generation. Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Regulatory, Corporate Accounts, and Executive Leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, Engineering, or Science required; MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of healthcare product marketing experience, preferably in medical imaging, with proven success in strategic marketing and product launches. Expertise in market research, marketing plan design, and implementation focused on market share growth. Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and global market segmentation. Strong knowledge of healthcare industry policies, competitive dynamics, and reimbursement practices. Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals on product performance and industry issues. Budget, expense, and resource management experience required. Skills & CompetenciesStrategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and training skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, CRM, marketing automation) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with cross-functional leadership and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability. Travel RequirementsWillingness to travel internationally, overnight, and on weekends with 60% travel required.Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; background and drug testing (pre‑ and post‑employment) is required.
