Acting as a trusted marketing advisor, you’ll bring strategic perspective, operational rigor, and hands-on execution to programs spanning strategy through delivery and optimization.Collaborate with business development, delivery teams, and internal partners to develop and present marketing strategies that drive growth, adoption, and usageLead cross-functional stakeholder groups to enhance client experience while improving operational efficiency and cost to deliverServe as a senior marketing advisor and subject matter expert for external partners across the payments ecosystem (e.g., merchants, issuers, fintechs, processors)Design and scale marketing frameworks that improve speed to market, ensure consistency, and enable high-quality executionProvide marketing thought leadership and strong program management across research and insights, strategy development, campaign execution, optimization, and measurementAct as the escalation point for marketing delivery issues, owning resolution and stakeholder alignmentBuild, deepen, and sustain long-term client relationships, positioning the marketing organization as a trusted partner of choiceQualifications15+ years of progressive marketing experienceDeep expertise across multiple marketing disciplines, including brand, product, performance, research, content, social, influencer, sponsorship, and eventsStrong understanding of payments and financial services, including consumer and small business segments across debit, credit, prepaid, and commercial solutionsProven ability to build trust and influence across senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teamsExperience structuring and leading complex initiatives involving multiple internal and external partnersHighly effective in matrixed organizations, with a track record of collaboration and influenceStrategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into tactical, executable plansCreative problem-solver with a focus on prioritization, resource optimization, and driving measurable resultsComfortable operating with limited direction in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsLeadership experience in agency and/or consulting settings delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing programsStrong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills; experienced engaging senior and C-suite audiencesAdditional InformationThis role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
