For more information, visit www.blend360.com We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Execution, to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion. Job DescriptionThe Details: Location: RemoteDuration: 6-month consulting project with the possibility of extensionBenefits: We do offer benefits to our full-time consultants, including Health, Vision, Dental, 401K plan, Life Insurance, Pretax Commuter Benefits, and an incredibly supportive team cheering you on!Job Description Collaborating with Marketing Services Business Development, Marketing Services Delivery, and cross-functional business partners to develop and present marketing strategy recommendations designed to drive payments spend/usageLead cross cross-functional team of stakeholders with the responsibility to improve the client experience and reduce Marketing Services cost to deliverServe as a payment marketing subject matter expert/advisor/consultant on behalf of Clients – e.g., merchants, issuers, fintech’s and processorsIdentify and develop scalable marketing frameworks to improve speed to market, ensure work product is consistent, delivered efficiently and executed flawlesslyProvide marketing thought leadership and expert project management skills to develop and implement marketing programs on behalf of clients – e.g., research& insights, marketing strategy development, campaign delivery & optimization, and campaign measurementServe as Marketing Services Delivery escalation point of contact and own the resolution of delivery issues for Clients/stakeholdersNurture, grow and deepen client relationships; establish US Client Marketing as the preferred marketing partner of choice among our clients.Qualifications15+ years of work experience  Authority in multiple marketing disciplines – e.g., brand, product, direct response, research, content, social, influencer, sponsorship, events.sDeep payments knowledge and understanding of market dynamics in the areas of consumer/ small business, prepaid, debit, credit, and commercialAccomplished at building trusted relationships with cross-functional team members, key stakeholders, business leaders, and clientsAbility to structure, manage, and coordinate complex projects across multiple internal/external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed organizationOrganized, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical deliverablesAptitude to think creatively, identifying new and innovative ways of organizing resources and prioritizing work, leading to tangible business resultsWork with limited direction, usually within a complex and ambiguous environment, to drive fact-based recommendations, solutions, and decisionsLeadership experience working in agency and/or consulting roles involving the development and delivery of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing programsStrong executive presence; excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience engaging with Executive and C-level suite audiencesAdditional InformationAdditional information This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
