We’re seeking a hands‑on, strategic Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market execution, demand generation, event management, content development, and RFP coordination across our K–12 education solutions portfolio. This role blends strategy and execution and is ideal for someone experienced in marketing to education, institutional, or government buyers.You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success Managers, and Leadership to drive pipeline, support retention, and elevate our brand presence through compelling content, campaigns, trade shows, user groups, and RFP excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesGo‑to‑Market & Demand GenerationDevelop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new products, features, and releases.Partner with sales, product, and leadership to align messaging and support revenue targets.Build and execute demand‑generation campaigns (email, social, SEO, paid, content).Track performance metrics and optimize based on analytics.Content & MessagingCreate clear, compelling messaging for K–12 and institutional audiences.Write and manage content including:Website copyCase studiesBlogs / thought leadershipEmail campaignsCustomer storiesProduct one‑pagers & pitch decksMaintain a consistent brand voice across all materials and channels.Website & SEOOwn and optimize the website, including content updates, structure, SEO strategy, and performance.Manage content refresh cycles in partnership with Product and Solutions teams.Improve SEO visibility through targeted content and technical upgrades.Social Media & Digital PresenceManage social media presence across consolidated HES channels.Build a structured content calendar and track performance.Increase engagement and visibility within the education sector.Events: Trade Shows, Conferences & User GroupsLead all trade show and conference planning, including:Booth design and logisticsCollateral creationVendor coordinationShipping and staffing schedulesExecute regional and virtual User Groups, including:Agenda planningSpeaker/vendor coordinationPromotion and registrationPost‑event follow‑up and reportingDevelop standardized event playbooks to ensure repeatable, scalable execution.RFP Ownership & ManagementManage the full RFP/RFI lifecycle:Intake, qualification, timeline managementCross‑functional coordination with Product, Sales, Finance, and LegalCompilation and submission of final documentsMaintain a master RFP library with up‑to‑date product content and responses.Improve RFP win rate through stronger content, templates, and process discipline.Sales EnablementCreate and maintain sales enablement materials, including:Product sheetsCompetitive briefsCustomer storiesPresentations and demo scriptsSupport Sales with targeted messaging, outreach content, and industry collateral.Project & Budget ManagementBuild timelines, manage vendors, and drive cross‑functional delivery.Track event budgets, campaign costs, and optimize spend for ROI.Improve internal processes for repeatable, scalable marketing execution.QualificationsRequired5+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, B2B, EdTech, GovTech, or institutional markets.Strong writing and content creation skills.Experience marketing to education, government, or complex B2B buyers.Hands‑on experience with websites, SEO, and content‑driven growth strategies.Experience planning and executing trade shows/conferences.Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams.Strong organizational and time‑management skills.Nice to HaveExperience in K–12 or education technology.Familiarity with long, consultative sales cycles and procurement processes.Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Experience coordinating or supporting User Groups or customer events.Why Join UsMission‑driven role supporting K–12 teachers, schools, and districts.High‑ownership position with meaningful impact on revenue growth and brand visibility.Collaborative, supportive team environment in a growing EdTech organization.Opportunity to shape marketing strategy, processes, and best practices.
