Marketing Manager / Director
Tensure
Where You'll Come InTensure is in the middle of a defining moment. We’ve spent the last year sharpening our focus from a broad tech consultancy into a FinServ-focused platform engineering firm. The new positioning, messaging, and website are built — and now we need someone to take it all to market. We’re not looking for someone to write a five-year brand strategy. We need a tactically sharp marketer who can take our repositioning and turn it into campaigns, content, events, and pipeline — starting now. You’ll own the hands-on execution of our go-to-market as a newly focused company, while building the marketing function around it.You’ll manage a roster of specialized vendors (design, content, paid media, etc.) and be the connective tissue between our leadership, sales team, and the market. Within the first year, you’ll likely bring on a direct report, with a roadmap to grow the team as the function matures. If you’ve ever wanted to own the marketing moment where a company steps into a
