Job Description:We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, to lead campaign strategy and execution across the full marketing funnel. This role will manage and develop a team of demand generation marketers while owning the planning, execution, and performance of integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who can also execute effectively balancing team development with direct campaign ownership. The ideal candidate embraces AI and emerging technologies as core enablers, leveraging them to scale impact, improving efficiency, and drive data-informed decisions across demand generation efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a team of demand generation marketersEstablish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned to pipeline targetsFoster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvementEnable the team to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and campaign outcomesPartner with leadership to evolve team structure, capabilities, and skill developmentCampaign Strategy & ExecutionOwn end-to-end demand generation strategy across channels (digital, email, events, paid media, ABM, etc.)Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipelineLeverage AI to enhance:Campaign planningPersonalizationContent creationAudience targetingCollaborate with content, product marketing, and sales to align messaging and targetingEnsure campaigns align with key personas and stages of the buyer journeyPipeline & Performance ManagementOwn and manage campaign KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue contributionAnalyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns based on insightsUtilize AI-driven analytics to improve forecasting, targeting, and effectivenessPartner with Marketing Operations on tracking, attribution, and reportingProvide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholdersSales AlignmentPartner closely with Sales leadership on pipeline targets, lead quality, and follow-up processesSupport sales enablement through campaign insights, messaging, and toolsStreamline lead handoffs to improve conversion ratesProcess, AI & OptimizationChampion adoption of AI as a core driver of scalability and competitive advantageIdentify opportunities to leverage AI across campaign execution, segmentation, testing, and optimizationDrive a test-and-learning culture, evaluating new tools and strategies to improve performanceBalance automation with strategic oversight to maintain brand quality and customer experienceIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI across campaignsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on demand generation1–3 years of people management experienceProven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated campaignsExperience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve marketing performanceStrong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisionsExperience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategiesExperience managing multi-channel demand generation programs at scaleStrong understanding of buyer journey mapping and segmentation strategiesWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent delivery of qualified pipeline and revenue contributionHigh-performing team with strong engagement and measurable impactEffective use of AI to scale campaigns and improve efficiencyStrong alignment between Marketing and SalesContinuous improvement in campaign performance and ROIWork EnvironmentFully remote, collaborative environmentFast-paced, results-oriented cultureHigh visibility role working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadershipAs a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
