We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing data to help improve campaign performance and decision‑making in a B2B professional services environment.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Analytics & Reporting:Track and analyze basic marketing performance metrics such as leads, website traffic, email engagement, and campaign resultsAssist with creating regular reports and dashboards for the marketing teamHelp maintain data accuracy across marketing and CRM systemsCompile and organize data from multiple sources for analysisMarket & Customer Insights:Assist with basic market and competitor researchHelp organize customer and prospect data for segmentation and targetingSupport analysis of buyer behavior and engagement patternsCampaign Support:Support marketing campaigns by monitoring performance and identifying trends or areas for improvementAssist with email, digital, website, and content performance analysisHelp track leads and marketing activity through the sales funnelSupport A/B testing and simple marketing experiments Collaboration & Learning:Work closely with marketing team members to support day‑to‑day marketing activitiesPartner with sales or operations teams to share insights and reportsLearn and apply best practices in marketing analytics and reporting toolsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field 2-4 years of relevant experience in a marketing environment Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track leads, campaigns, and marketing activityBasic understanding of digital marketing concepts including email, website, social media, and integrated campaigns Graphic design skills, with experience creating and updating basic marketing assets (e.g., presentations, email graphics, one-pagers, or social visuals) using Canva or similar platformsStrong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teamsCuriosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and best practicesCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary $80K - $100K + bonus structureHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesVee Technologies is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and valuing the ways in which we are different.
