What We Do: Our primary focus is assisting students in applying to U.S. Colleges and Graduate schools. Our company is fast-paced and exciting. What You’ll Do As a Marketing Manager, you will drive lead generation and grow our brand presence across both online and offline channels. Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leadsManage full-cycle marketing campaigns from planning to executionOrganize and oversee marketing events (webinars, presentations, networking events)Create and localize marketing materials for your target marketBuild partnerships with schools, organizations, and industry stakeholdersAttend and represent the company at industry events and networking opportunitiesAllocate and manage marketing budgets effectivelyTrack and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for resultsCollaborate with sales teams to support student enrollment You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have Strong written and verbal communication skillsFluency in Mandarin and EnglishStrong public speaking and presentation abilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skillsA proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindsetCreativity and a strong sense of aestheticsProficiency with social media and digital marketing platformsPrior marketing experience (internships, campus involvement, or professional experience)An understanding of current marketing trends and best practices Benefits:InGenius Prep offers employees a competitive salary along with paid time off, healthcare, vision, dental, retirement options, parental leave, remote work flexibility, professional development and a fun, collaborative work environment.
