Join Broadridge Advisor Solutions (BAS) as a Marketing Manager on a 12-months contract, where you’ll play a central role in delivering impactful campaigns and supporting our continued success. Broadridge Advisor Solutions provides financial advisors and wealth management firms with innovative marketing solutions, helping them connect with clients, grow their business, and strengthen their brand. In this role, you’ll join BAS marketing team helping to manage key campaigns that raise awareness and interest for new advisor marketing products and addons into the marketplace. This role works cross-departmentally with Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to help support the adoption and retention of key BAS solutions.Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings. Key Responsibilities:Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our offerings in the marketplace and resonates with our target buyer personas Work with the marketing, sales and business teams to create collateral and other marketing materials (e.g., videos, product webpages, etc) that communicate product benefits effectively Execution of marketing campaigns to promote capabilities and communicate to key stakeholders Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels (digital, social media, email, PR, events etc.) Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives Digital Marketing & Online Presence: Collaborate with other marketing team members to enhance online visibility and engagement of Broadridge Advisor Solutions Work closely with client service, sales, product and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and market needs Regularly report on marketing performance metrics and insights to key stakeholders Target Audience & Research Contribute to on-going understanding of buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key purchasing criteria Understand the competitive landscape - be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned Work cross-departmentally to compile key proof points and research that help demonstrate the value and need of key marketing solutions Qualifications:University/college degree in business or marketing-related field (PR, Advertising, Marketing & Communications) 4+ years of marketing experience considered an asset Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersProven track record of success in marketing with measurable results Analytical skills and experience bringing products to market In-depth knowledge working with marketing and design tools (e.g., Hubspot, MailChimp, Wix, Hootsuite, Google Analytics etc.) Hourly range : 40-45/hr CAD Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.#LI-MR1#LI-REMOTEWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
