We partner with some of the world’s leading airlines and are rapidly expanding our commercial presence across key markets.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in SaaS and B2B marketing. This person will help us elevate our presence in the aviation industry, strengthen how we communicate our offerings to airline customers and prospects, and supercharge our commercial growth.The Marketing Manager will guide and execute our marketing plan, with a primary focus on digital strategy and account-based marketing. This person must fully understand our business, own the strategy, and work closely with external marketing agencies to ensure strong execution. The role requires someone who can create high quality content, manage our digital channels, and ensure consistent and impactful brand presence across the market.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and own the full marketing plan for Volantio Develop a comprehensive Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy aiming to accelerate growth with key global airline prospectsDevelop brand and communications strategies that position Volantio as the industry leader in demand reallocationCreate high-quality content including blogs, case studies, white papers, customer stories, videos, sales decks, and executive presentationsLead all digital marketing efforts including across Volantio’s website, landing pages, newsletters, and social media (especially LinkedIn) Ensure an excellent digital experience for airline audiences across all channelsSupport event planning and execution for global aviation events and industry conferencesPartner with external agencies to deliver design and communications work with consistent qualityOwn execution, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement of marketing activitiesEnsure brand consistency across all customer-facing materials including presentations, one-pagers, emails, and product messagingCollaborate closely with Volantio’s Sales team to support targeted commercial opportunities and strengthen the full customer journeyEnsure alignment of the marketing initiatives to clear KPIs supporting the commercial objectives 5-10 years of experience in B2B and SaaS marketingStrong experience with LinkedIn marketing and digital channelsExcellent writing and content creation skillsAbility to work independently and manage agency partnersStrong understanding of digital analytics and performance trackingExperience working with sales teams in a B2B environmentUnderstanding of how to use AI to optimize resources and maximize performanceExperience working with airlines or aviation partners is highly preferred and will be considered a strong plus Flexible working location: this role can be based anywhere in the Americas or EuropeCompetitive salary packageUnlimited PTOOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA dynamic and positive work environment
