The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong ability to translate strategy into measurable results while supporting both external marketing initiatives and internal communications.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, and web)Support go-to-market initiatives for products, services, or verticalsCoordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveryContent, Messaging & Internal CommunicationsDevelop and manage marketing content including emails, website pages, case studies, blogs, and sales materialsSupport internal communications including company announcements, newsletters, leadership messaging, and change initiativesEnsure consistent brand voice and messaging across both external and internal channelsPartner with internal subject matter experts to translate technical offerings into customer-focused messagingTrade Shows & EventsPlan and support industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events from end to endCoordinate logistics including booth setup, marketing collateral, registrations, and vendor managementPartner with sales to align pre-event outreach and post-event follow-upTrack and report on event performance, including lead generation and ROIDigital MarketingManage and optimize digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social mediaMonitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvementSupport marketing automation and CRM initiativesAnalytics & ReportingTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversion rates, engagement, and ROIPrepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performanceProvide insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategySales & Cross-Functional SupportPartner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goalsDevelop tools and collateral to support the sales processCoordinate with product, operations, and leadership teams on strategic initiativesQualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field2–5 years of experience in marketing or related role (B2B experience preferred)Strong project management and organizational skillsExperience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferredExperience in [industry—e.g., field service, refrigeration, healthcare, etc.]Experience planning or supporting trade shows and eventsFamiliarity with SEO, paid media, and content marketing strategiesExperience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) or lead generation programsKey CompetenciesAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skillsAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationCreative problem-solving skills with a focus on executionAbout Smart CareSmart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.
