This individual has experience in the architecture industry and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in producing professional marketing materials under deadlines. If you're interested in working in a dynamic, collaborative, and growing firm, we invite you apply.This position is available in the following locations: Helena, Billings, Bozeman, (remote will be considered for right candidate)RequirementsYour skill set.A bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, advertising, communications, or a related field preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills that may include writing copy, public speaking and presentationsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesThree + years of experience in Architecture marketingExperience preparing and coordinating RFQ/RFP responsesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, PDF editing software's or other similar design softwareAbility to work independently on assignmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with AEC industry terminology and project delivery methodsMust be a US citizen or permanent resident, or possess a work visa to legally work in the USA day in the life.Lead and coordinate responses to RFQs/RFPs, including resumes, project sheets, and proposal layoutGathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze materials to determine the most effective communications technique.Coordinate the exchange of qualifications with subconsultants, partners, staff, and leadership. Collaborates with clients, editorial staff, managers, and other project participants to understand project assignment, audience and intended messagingFormat and produce high-quality marketing materials using Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and BluebeamSupport development of pursuit strategies and review materialsMaintain and update marketing collateral, including resumes, project sheets, and photographyResearch potential clients, pursuits, and market opportunitiesProvide marketing support for business development initiatives as neededMaintain and update the firm's website and social mediaBased on assessment, drafts, and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimediaDevelop content aligned with firm brand and ensure consistency across all marketing materialsCoordinate project photography and maintain image libraryCompile materials for award submissions and assist with conference and presentation preparationOrganize and manage marketing files, templates, and project informationCoordinates and participates in training and professional development as it relates to duties and responsibilitiesPrepares and attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth as a representative of A&E + SMA DesignDemonstrates knowledge of A&E + SMA's range of services, market sectors, qualifications, and experienceEnsure accuracy and consistency of firm data across platformsPerforms other duties as assignedPerks of the work.Competitive salary package with full benefitsAnnual performance bonusesGenerous paid personal leave401K and Roth with profit sharingGroup health, dental, vision, and disability insurance cost shared at 75% (us)/25% (you)$50k group life insuranceHealth Savings AccountDependent Care Savings AccountOpportunities for advancementA kickass culture with staff excursions and events throughout the year.
