With over 1700 shops actively engaged in our program, we provide coaching, training and the largest buying program in the automotive aftermarket for Independent Shop Owners.  Our members have cumulatively increased their Gross Profits by almost $3.0 Billion dollars through the ATI program.JOB DESCRIPTION:The Director of Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing ATI's full marketing strategy — from brand and demand generation to member communications and digital experience. Reporting directly to the President, this person will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator who can build and lead a high-performing marketing function.This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a marketer who thrives in a data-driven environment, is energized by the automotive aftermarket, and wants to own outcomes — not just activities.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & PositioningOwn ATI's brand strategy, messaging architecture, and market positioning across all channelsEnsure brand consistency across digital, print, events, and member-facing communicationsDevelop thought leadership content and campaign strategies that reinforce ATI's authority in the automotive coaching spaceDemand Generation & AcquisitionDesign and execute campaigns to drive new member acquisition across paid search, SEO, social, email, and outbound channelsPartner with the sales team to develop lead generation programs, nurture sequences, and conversion strategiesOversee ATI's paid media strategy, including vendor relationships and performance accountabilityMember Marketing & RetentionBuild lifecycle marketing programs that drive member engagement, event attendance, and retentionDevelop personalized communication strategies across email, SMS, and digital touchpointsCollaborate with coaching and operations teams to support member success milestones and upsell opportunitiesDigital & AnalyticsOwn ATI's digital presence including website, SEO strategy, and marketing automation platformEstablish marketing KPIs and reporting cadences; present performance and insights to senior leadershipUse data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and identify growth opportunitiesTeam & Cross-Functional LeadershipLead, develop, and grow a marketing team including internal staff and agency/vendor partnersPartner closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product to align marketing with business prioritiesManage the marketing budget with a clear ROI mindsetQualificationsRequired8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level roleDemonstrated success building and executing multi-channel B2B or B2C marketing strategiesStrong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate ROIProven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organizationPreferredExperience in the automotive, franchise, or professional services industryBackground in subscription, membership, or coaching business modelsFamiliarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation platformsExperience managing paid search strategy and vendor relationships#LI-SN1#DBCORP#REMOTE#atiPosition Location:MarylandCompensation Range:$15.00 - $164,500.00Compensation Frequency:AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
