This role will primarily focus on developing and implementing strategies to strengthen Neat’s brand presence and drive demand within the US region.The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for growth – both personal and for the company. They will be a marketing strategist who is willing to take on a variety of projects simultaneously. We are seeking someone who can inspire creativity and enthusiasm in others.Responsibilities include:Act as a trusted colleague within our team and to our cross-functional stakeholders, providing guidance, ideas, and executing commitmentsSupport our channel partners with the creation and execution of marketing programs, including budget management and ROI assessmentsManage end-to-end in-person event experiences, including venue selection, vendor management, onsite coordination, and cross-functional communicationManage regional tradeshows, including contract review, booth selection, booth configuration, attire, staffing, onsite meeting schedule, lead handling process, and cross-functional communicationWork closely with marketing ops to ensure lead uploads, routing, follow-up, and trackingWork closely with the BDR team to ensure our post-event communications are hitting the mark, evaluate metrics, and make recommendations for optimizationCraft emails for pre- and post-show event communications to be sent by marketing, business development, and salesLocate, evaluate, and make recommendations of regional events that Neat should be participating inMonitor and report on the marketing effectiveness of regional marketing initiativesYou are:Energized in fast-paced environmentsHave incredible attention to detail and are able to balance managing multiple projects at a timeCan prioritize your own projects, keep things on schedule, and communicate clearlyInterested in operating in an honest and feedback-driven cultureHumble and ready to fail forward, learn together, and grow as a teamHungry to win, while remaining conscious of doing right by customers and colleaguesYour Experience:Proven Marketing Manager with a minimum of 8 years’ experienceComfortable with Salesforce and tracking campaign metrics Event management and tradeshow experienceYou are familiar with and have worked in a two-tier distribution modelFamiliarity with email marketing and comfortable writing email contentAnalytical and creative thinkingGreat communication and interpersonal skillsBS/BA in business administration (optional), marketing, communications or relevant field experienceExperience or passion to work in a scale-up organizationAbility to travel anywhere in the US between 1 – 2 times a month
