DescriptionThe Marketing Manager plays a central role in shaping and executing the firm’s marketing vision, managing brand standards, digital platforms, social media, and strategic campaigns. Reporting to the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer, this position supervises the marketing team and works closely with attorneys, firm leadership and members of the business development team to support events, content, communications, and rankings efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, creativity, and technical expertise to drive impactful marketing initiatives across the firm.Primary Job Duties:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and client engagement consistent with the firm’s strategic objectives and strategyLead and inspire a collaborative marketing team, fostering a culture of excellenceDevelop and maintain the firm’s brand guidelinesEnsure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channelsCreate and design marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, etc.) for digital and print using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop). This may also include the coordination and supervision of design efforts with an external providerCoordinate the production of the firm’s podcastOversee vendor management, production, and fulfilment of firm promotional products Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing and other promotional activitiesOversee digital and social media marketing to enhance the firm’s profile, including active management of our social media channels and websitePartner with the business development team to coordinate firm events, sponsorships, and conferencesManagement and coordination of efforts to update content on the firm’s website and intranetEfficiently manage marketing budgets and resourcesWork with the firm’s Content Specialist to develop and manage the firm’s PR strategy.Manage the development of internal communications, such as firm updates and newslettersServe as a liaison between the firm and its travel management partnersMaintain and optimize the firm's marketing technology productsAssist with award and ranking calendar tracking and fulfillmentTrack and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategiesPerform additional duties as neededKey Competencies:Communicating – Service Managers provide the information required by others in a concise, direct, and unambiguous way. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.  #LI-Remote Requirements5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a law firm environmentBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldExtensive experience with online and social media marketingAdvanced knowledge of corporate communications, marketing principles, and digital marketing conceptsExcellent leadership and team management skillsFamiliarity with relevant marketing technology tools, as well as law firm rankings, awards, and publicationsStrong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and web analyticsFamiliarity with CanvaAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environmentStrong attention to detail to produce accurate, timely and complete work productStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skills, initiative and the ability to manage multiple projectsStrong problem solving and analytical skills to make sound decisionsProficiency in MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and ExcelGraphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) experience a plus
