Altus Commercial Receivables is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the coordination, execution, and operational management of our marketing initiatives. This role ensures marketing efforts—including events, communications, and materials—are well organized, clearly prioritized, and delivered on schedule.The Marketing Manager serves as a central connector across Marketing, Sales, and internal teams, bringing structure, visibility, and consistency to how marketing work moves from request to completion. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with clarity and accountability. * Remote PositionWhat You’ll DoMarketing Operations & Calendar ManagementOwn and manage the marketing calendar, serving as both a campaign and content calendar that tracks initiatives, deliverables, and projects across teamsMaintain clear visibility into upcoming activities, deadlines, dependencies, and prioritiesManage marketing workflows, intake processes, and prioritization across events, communications, and content initiativesEstablish and maintain clear timelines, owners, and approval paths for marketing workPrepare regular status updates, timelines, summaries, and dashboards for leadership visibility, including key metrics and KPIsEvents & ProgramsCoordinate internal and external events, including tradeshows, conferences, and client eventsManage event logistics, vendors, materials, timelines, and budget trackingEnsure events are executed consistently, professionally, and in alignment with company objectivesTrack event deliverables and follow‑up actions to ensure completion and accountabilityMarketing Materials & Collateral OversightOversee the intake, prioritization, and delivery of marketing materials in partnership with internal teams or external resourcesAct as the primary point of contact for marketing material requests, timelines, and approvalsPartner with Sales and Leadership to identify ongoing collateral and enablement needsEnsure all materials align with brand standards, messaging, and business prioritiesCoordinate refresh cycles for key marketing and sales materialsMaintain a comprehensive collateral inventory, including version control, revisions, and update historyCross‑Functional Collaboration & CommunicationCollaborate closely with Sales, Leadership, and internal stakeholders to align marketing execution with business prioritiesEnsure consistency of messaging across events, communications, content, and materialsCoordinate with external vendors and partners supporting events, materials production, and marketing initiativesServe as a reliable point of coordination to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and on trackWhat We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field4–7 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, or program managementStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyProven experience partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Leadership, and external vendorsClear, confident communicator who can provide concise updates and leadership‑ready summariesComfortable working in a fast‑moving environment that requires prioritization and follow‑throughExperience with Salesforce CRM and website CMS platforms preferredFamiliarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC programs is a plusWhy You’ll Love Working HereAt Altus, you’ll join a fast-moving team where your work directly contributes to our growth and brand presence.
