This role provides strategic leadership without direct reports and works hands-on through the management of an external marketing agency to execute campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and strong operator who can translate business goals into effective, measurable marketing programs. Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy and OwnershipDevelop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and growth objectives for the Integrated Supply Chain divisionDefine marketing priorities, roadmaps and KPIs to drive brand awareness, demand generation and revenueTranslate business objectives into clear briefs and actionable plans for agency executionServe as the internal marketing lead and subject matter expert across the Triage Partners organization Agency Management and ExecutionManage and act as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies and vendorsOversee agency led execution across channels such as digital, paid media, content, SEO/SEM, social, PR and creativeDevelop and manage agency scopes of work, timelines, budgets and deliverablesEnsure high-quality output, brand consistency and on-time executionEvaluate agency performance and optimize relationships to maximize ROI Brand and Demand GenerationOwn brand positioning, messaging and voice across all customer touchpointsDrive integrated marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement and retentionSupport product launches, go-to-market initiatives and promotional campaignsPartner with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals Analytics and PerformanceTrack, analyze, and report on marketing performance and campaign effectivenessUse data and insights to optimize strategy, channel mix and budget allocationPresent results, insights and recommendations to leadership on a regular basis Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with sales, product, customer success and leadership teamsProvide marketing guidance and support across departmentsEnsure consistent messaging and alignment across internal and external stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent years’ experience5 - 8 years of marketing experience with increased strategic responsibilityProven experience owning end-to-end marketing strategy as an individual or managerDemonstrated experience managing external marketing agencies and vendorsStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExcellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skillsAbility to travel up to 10% a year.  Preferred:Experience in SaaS, B2B, Circular Economy a plusHands-on experience with marketing automation, HubSpot and Analytical toolsExperience working in a growth-stage or resource lean environment Core Competencies:  Strategic thinking with hands=on execution mindsetAgency and vendor managementBrand stewardshipData driven decision makingCross functional collaborationComputer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.Excellent time management skills.
