Marketing Manager

We’re a fast-growing company in the spirituality and self-development space, building an ecosystem of products for the US market. Our platform includes a meditation app with 170+ guided practices, online workshops, 1:1 sessions, and a private community. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager / Content Strategist to join our team. What you'll do: Develop and execute a content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platformsResearch trends and create original content concepts (not just repurposed clips)Build content funnels to support launches, events, and new product releasesGenerate ideas for videos, Reels, carousels, and AI-powered content formatsAnalyze platform trends and algorithms to maximize organic reachFind high-quality references and quickly turn ideas into engaging contentCollaborate with the team to test, iterate, and scale successful content What we're looking for: Proven experience in content marketing, content strategy, or social media marketingStrong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form contentExcellent visual taste and ability to identify engaging content formatsExperience working with AI tools for content creation is a plusFluent English (written and spoken)Experience in spirituality, meditation, esotericism, astrology, chakras, personal growth, or related niches is essential What we offer: Fully remote positionDirect collaboration with the foundersOpportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling international product focused on the US market
