Reports to: Chief Executive OfficerEssential FunctionsWe are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Manager to execute and optimize Pear Suite’s marketing programs. This role will focus on driving inbound SaaS customer acquisition, elevating brand awareness, and delivering high-quality marketing campaigns that reflect Pear Suite’s mission and impact. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SaaS marketing, a passion for healthcare innovation, and the ability to create compelling, accessible content.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Marketing & Demand GenerationExecute campaigns to attract and convert inbound leads through content marketing, SEO, paid media, and targeted digital efforts.Manage day-to-day campaign operations and coordinate with Sales to ensure lead flow and handoff.Brand & MessagingMaintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across channels.Support refinement of Pear Suite’s positioning in healthcare technology and CHW enablement.Content CreationProduce and manage high-quality content such as case studies, email campaigns, social media, and basic design collateral.Support content development for webinars, product updates, and customer stories.Product Marketing SupportAssist with go-to-market plans for feature releases and product updates.Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure messaging alignment.Communications & PRSupport external communications, including announcements, press releases, partner spotlights, and speaking/event submissions.Monitor media opportunities and support reputation-building activities in key markets and communities.Marketing Analytics & OptimizationTrack, report, and interpret core marketing metrics.Recommend data-backed adjustments to improve campaign performance and ROI.Partnership & Community EngagementCoordinate marketing activities with partners, industry groups, and community health stakeholders.Support events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive campaigns and messaging.Manage external vendors or freelancers as needed.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS or a healthcare-related company.Hands-on experience in inbound marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation.Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially in translating complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging content.Data-driven approach with experience pulling and interpreting marketing analytics.Passion for healthcare, social impact, and technology-enabled solutions.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Stock options for eligible employees.Flexible work environment.Opportunities for career growth and development.A collaborative and innovative company culture.What we offerThe hourly rate for this position is $80,000 - $120,000/yr. depending on level of experienceA mission driven culture that values innovation, collaboration and growthWork from home (except when participating in local events)Health, dental, and vision insuranceHealth and Wellness StipendTech Stipend
