Job Summary:We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to own and elevate our marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who can operate as both a thinker and a buider: someone who can analyze and define our marketing positioning, craft a compelling narrative for our products and services, and then roll up their sleeves to bring that story to life across channels. If you love the idea of owning the full marketing mix, from content and campaigns to SEO and events, and you’re energized by tools, data, and storytelling, this role is built for you.You’ll report directly to the General Manager and work closely with leadership, Sales, Product, and Customer Care to shape and execute our go-to-market strategies tailored to Andar/360 customers, align messaging across the organization, and drive measureable growth. This is a role for someone who’s as comfortable writing a compelling case study as they are launching a HubSpot campaign or fine-tuning a landing page for SEO.Job Description: What You’ll DoComfortable operating as a player-coach: setting direction while also executing key initiativesDefine and own our product positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across marketing, sales, and customer communicationsCraft a compelling, differentiated narrative that resonates with nonprofit leaders and drives demandTranslate product capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomesOwn and execute a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline growthDevelop compelling visual and multimedia contentResearch and write on key industry topics that matter to nonprofit leaders and Andar/360 customersDesign and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue goalsBring market insights into strategic decisions around positioning, messaging, and GTM prioritiesPartner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, refine ICP, and improve conversion across the funnelEnable Sales with clear, compelling messaging, content, and toolsAct as the voice of the customer across the organizationLead and scale marketing initiatives, with the potential to build and manage a team over timeDrive alignment and accountability across stakeholders without formal authorityOwn marketing performance and report on results to leadershipManage and optimize our WordPress website with a strong focus on SEO performanceDesign and execute strategies to attract new customers and grow brand awarenessMaintain data quality within our marketing database to ensure campaigns hit the right audiencesHelp plan and execute customer events including our annual user group conference and industry tradeshowsWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role with a strategic mindset, ideally in SaaS or technologyExperience owning GTM strategy, positioning, or messagingProven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategiesExperience translating customer insights into messaging and campaignsStrong understanding of pipeline generation and revenue impactAbility to balance long-term strategy with near-term executionHands-on experience with marketing automation tools, HubSpot experience is a strong plusExceptional written and verbal communication skillsSharp attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesA positive, curious mindset: you ask great questions and thrive on learning something newProficiency with digital tools and a genuine enthusiasm for discovering new software for marketing and content creationA self-starter mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsComfort working remotely with the discipline and drive to thrive in a virtual environmentWorker Type:RegularNumber of Openings Available:1
