About the RoleAequilibrium (AEQ) is seeking a senior, hands-on Marketing Lead, Digital & Events to work directly with the founder and executive team to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and commercial impact across our consulting and innovation offerings.This role is designed for an experienced marketer who has operated closely with executive leadership in Canadian tech companies or technology professional services firms, understands how founders and exec teams think, and is comfortable owning end-to-end outcomes.This is a senior individual contributor position with significant autonomy, visibility, and accountability.
