This role will work with leaders across the organization to translate subject matter expertise into compelling, high-quality content that builds brand presence and credibility in the specialty pharmacy space. This is a hands-on, execution-driven internship focused on creating real output – content, campaigns, and measurable engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct interviews with key leaders across the organization to gather insights, perspectives, and subject matter expertiseTranslate interviews into long-form and short-form content (blogs, posts, videos)Develop and manage a 2026 content calendar aligned to business prioritiesCreate a LinkedIn-focused content strategy and planning guideWrite, edit, and publish LinkedIn posts and articlesCreate short-form video content by slicing and editing existing long-form videosBuild a centralized content library for ongoing use across marketing effortsHighlight internal expertise through Employer Spotlights and Employee SpotlightsTrack and report on performance metrics (impressions, engagement, etc.)Deliverables & TimelineWeeks 1–2: Conduct interviews with key leaders across functionsIdentify priority themes and content opportunitiesBegin building content library (raw insights, transcripts, clips)Week 3: Launch LinkedIn contentPublish 1–2 posts per week (short-form content)Week 4: Increase to 3–4 posts per weekFinalize initial long-form content pieces (to begin publishing Week 5)Weeks 5–10: Publish and promote long-form contentMaintain consistent LinkedIn cadence (3–4 posts/week)Continue developing short-form video contentExpand content library and refine messagingBy End of Internship (10 Weeks):8–10 long-form content pieces (blogs, articles, or equivalent)22+ LinkedIn posts published (including fireside chats, demos, and derived content)Completed 2026 content calendarEstablished content library for ongoing useDraft LinkedIn content planning guideInitial paid social strategy recommendation (forward-looking, not execution-heavy)Success MetricsContent output delivered on time and at target volumeMeasurable growth in LinkedIn impressions and engagement over the internship periodQuality and usability of content library and calendar for future teamsIdeal CandidateStrong writing and communication skillsInterest in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or B2B marketingComfortable interviewing senior leaders and synthesizing insightsExperience with social media content creation (LinkedIn)Basic video editing skills are a plusSelf-starter with ability to manage projects and timelines independentlyAdditional NotesPrimary focus is LinkedIn onlyThis is a high-impact role with direct visibility into leadership and strategyOpportunity to build a portfolio of published, real-world marketing content
