Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)Remote — United States | Full-Time | $60,000 – $70,000 / year Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a creative and adaptable Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support our Marketing team across a wide range of design initiatives. Reporting to Marketing Operations and working closely with the Principal Creative/Content Strategist, this role will create website graphics and wireframes, fulfill school-level design requests, support Ensemble brand initiatives, and take on other creative projects across our portfolio of music and dance schools. This is the right fit for a designer who works comfortably within established brand systems, brings strong visual judgment and fresh ideas, and does well managing a variety of projects across multiple brands and audiences. Key Responsibilities Web Design & Digital AssetsCreate web graphics and digital assets for Ensemble Performing Arts and its schools, preparing and optimizing files for usability, accessibility, responsive design, and file sizeSupport website builds, redesigns, and ongoing enhancements, including wireframes, page layouts, visual concepts, and design recommendationsSchool-Level Marketing SupportFulfill design requests for individual schools, including promotional graphics, flyers, event materials, social graphics, digital ads, and other marketing collateralAdapt established brand systems and templates for each school while preserving its unique identityEnsemble Brand & Creative ProjectsSupport Ensemble-level branding initiatives, campaigns, presentations, and other internal and external creative projectsPartner with the Principal Creative/Content Strategist to execute creative concepts and maintain brand consistencyDesign Systems & Project ManagementHelp create and maintain reusable templates, graphics, and design systems that improve efficiency and consistencyManage multiple projects and priorities, from planned initiatives to quick-turn requests, while incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders and upholding strong design standards Who You Are A versatile designer: you move easily between a single school's promotional graphic, a website wireframe, and an Ensemble-wide campaignA brand steward: you work confidently within established guidelines and adapt creative for different audiences and sub-brandsA systems thinker: you build templates and scalable design solutions that help the team do more, more consistentlyA collaborative partner: you take feedback well and work smoothly with both creative and non-creative team membersDetail-oriented and organized: you juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing sight of quality Preferred Qualifications 1–3+ years of professional graphic design, marketing design, or related experienceA strong portfolio showing digital design, branding, marketing collateral, and web-related workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable design toolsExperience designing for websites, an understanding of responsive design principles, and familiarity with accessibility best practicesStrong typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy skillsExperience creating website wireframes or working alongside web developersExperience supporting a multi-location, franchise, education, agency, or multi-brand organizationExperience building templates or scalable design systems, and supporting ongoing campaigns and brand developmentMotion graphics, video editing, illustration, or other complementary creative skills are a plus Compensation & Benefits The compensation range for this position is $60,000–$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
