Marketing Executive – Global Events & Campaignsi2, a Harris Computer company, are seeking a Marketing Executive on a full-time, permanent, remote-working basis, in the UK. Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive – Global Events & Campaigns to support and progressively take ownership of global field marketing initiatives. This role sits at the heart of revenue-generating marketing activity, supporting international trade shows, customer-facing events, webinars, and campaign execution. The successful candidate will report into the Global Marketing Manager and work closely with the broader marketing team, playing a key role in ensuring events and campaigns translate into measurable pipeline impact. This is a growth-track position designed to develop into independent ownership of global field events within 12–24 months.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Trade Shows & Field MarketingSupport end-to-end delivery of international trade shows across multiple regionsManage event timelines, logistics, supplier coordination, and stakeholder alignmentEnsure all pre-event marketing campaigns are executed on scheduleOwn post-event lead processing and CRM accuracy within 48 hoursTrack event performance metrics and contribute to ROI reportingTravel internationally to support onsite execution as requiredLarge Customer-Facing EventsCoordinate project plans, budgets, and key milestonesLiaise with external agencies for creative and collateral deliveryManage registration systems and attendee communicationsEnsure brand consistency and execution qualityCampaign & Lead Generation SupportBuild and schedule marketing emails and workflows in HubSpotManage segmentation and list hygieneSupport integrated campaigns linked to events and product initiativesMonitor campaign performance and suggest optimisationsWork closely with Sales to support lead follow-up processesWebinar Programme ManagementManage the global webinar calendarBuild registration pages and reminder workflowsSupport live delivery and technical logisticsReport on attendance, engagement, and pipeline contributionWhat Success Looks Like (Year 1)Seamless delivery of 6–10 global eventsAccurate CRM lead processing within 48 hours post-eventImproved webinar attendance ratesReduced campaign deployment time through process optimisationClear reporting on event and campaign performanceExperience & Skills2–4 years B2B marketing experience (preferably SaaS or technology)Exposure to international trade shows and field marketingHands-on HubSpot (or equivalent marketing automation platform) experienceStrong project management capabilityComfortable managing multiple stakeholders across regionsWillingness to travel internationallyWhy This Role MattersAt our stage of growth, marketing execution directly impacts revenue.
