Revalize is a portfolio company of TA Associates and Hg. Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Event Coordinator to join our energetic and fast-paced marketing team. You’ll support a variety of events — from tradeshows and webinars to customer events and field activations — helping us deliver high-impact experiences that drive engagement and pipeline.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, grow, and build a career in event marketing within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You'll be supported by an experienced Head of Events and a collaborative team who will help you build confidence and capability across the full event cycle.LocationRemote in the United StatesWhat You'll DoSupport the planning and execution of approximately 30 events annually, primarily across the North American (NORAM) region — including tradeshows, webinars, customer and partner eventsCoordinate logistics for a range of events, including tradeshows, webinars, and customer gatheringsSupport event registration, attendee communications, and on-site planningOrganise and ship marketing materials, swag, and booth assetsManage vendor communication and process invoices and paymentsMaintain project timelines using Monday.com and help keep stakeholders alignedAssist with webinar setup and delivery using platforms like ZoomSupport lead capture, data upload, and post-event performance reportingCollaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion for all eventsQualifications2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related fieldBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)Proven track record of successfully planning and executing various types of eventsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent time management and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management softwareStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think creativelyDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality resultsFlexibility to work outside of regular business hours when requiredKnowledge of event industry trends and best practicesAbility to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with team membersWhy Join Us?Be part of a growing, ambitious SaaS company with a global footprintJoin a marketing team that invests heavily in events and values creativity and executionReal opportunities for career growth, learning, and exposure to strategic projectsRemote-first, flexible environment with a collaborative culture, occasional travel to main events might be requiredAdditional Information Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region. The listed compensation range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
