What’s the opportunity?This is a temporary role covering maternity leave for the Marketing Event Coordinator, running from October 2026 through the end of February 2027.The Marketing Event Coordinator will support the Senior Marketing Events Manager in executing Linewize’s event marketing strategy in order to enhance brand presence and drive revenue pipeline.The Marketing Event Coordinator will interface with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams to facilitate event logistics for trade shows, speaking engagements, and targeted Linewize-hosted events.Here’s how you’ll do it:Event Coordination & ExecutionManage state and regional trade shows and events, ensuring all logistics and deliverables are metMaintain and optimize the tradeshow calendar to align cross-functional teamsCreate event briefings, including “know-before-you-go” details, exhibitor schedules, and lead retrieval processesSupport channel partner events as neededSupport planning and communication for the annual Sales Kickoff in Nashville, TN in January; on-site support not requiredProject ManagementUse Asana to track and manage event timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaborationWork closely with vendors, ensuring deadlines and budgets are metShipping & LogisticsSchedule booth shipments and swag from the ReachDesk warehouse for eventsManage and track inventory within ReachDeskEnsure on-time delivery and proper tracking of all event materials.Marketing & ROI TrackingCollect and process event lead data within 2 business days, ensuring key details are captured for accurate tracking and timely follow-upCreate social media graphics in Canva, write captions, and schedule Linkedin posts to promote events and speaking engagementsHubspot ManagementManage event email campaigns (pre/post-event engagement) to drive booth traffic and follow-upsCreate and update Hubspot properties, campaigns, and contact listsThis role requires:2+ years of general marketing experience, including event managementBachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experienceProficiency in Google Workspace, Hubspot, Asana, and CanvaExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work and thrive on a high performing teamTo be successful in this role you must:Be creative, highly organized & punctualEmail experience (pre/post-event email engagement), and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams on trade shows and events (sales/marketing/customer success)Strong communication skillsExperience working with design teamsWhy choose Linewize by Qoria:In this role, you can expect:Employee stock optionsEnhanced holiday & family leaveTech Allowance.... and much moreMore importantly, you’ll:Deliver tech with purpose...As part of our Marketing team, your work truly matters.
