As the Marketing Engagement Associate Manager, you will oversee marketing initiatives, develop strategic program roadmaps, support post launch validations, manage contracts and invoices with our creative agencies, as well as survey and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities to apply in strategy development and execution. Able to understand and execute across cross platforms and vendors and clients throughout an ever changing digital transformation.The Work:You will execute the client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to client stakeholders.You will oversee all aspects of marketing program lifecycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field.Operates independently to provide quality workHas experience in departmental budgetary managementHas the ability to incorporate feedback into work and have a continuous improvement mindsetHas experience with taking an initial set of guidelines and proactively moving forward with a projectGathers business requirements, identify needs, identify gaps and work with cross functional teams to solve issuesEnjoys leading others on project initiativesHas the curiosity to learn and be able to jump in to help a team memberCollaborates well with internal teams, vendors and cross functional groups and,Has experience in writing and developing business cases, pitch decks and case studies.Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Life Sciences industryMinimum 7 years of experience working in marketing operations, credit, acquisitions, product development or analytics  Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent work experience.Experience with CRM Systems, i.e. SFMC, Adobe, Eloqua, MarketoExperience in working in a highly regulated industry, (FDA, EPA, CDC)Critical thinker who can creatively transform strategies into a vision via roadmaps, OKRsExperience working with and or leading cross functional teams to define and achieve high value business goalsWorking knowledge of market dynamics, products, and competitive climateDemonstrated project management skillsAbility to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictateAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirementsProblem solving and decision making skillsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationDemonstrated analytical skillsAbility to work in a team oriented environmentInfluencing skillsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
