The team is collaborative, commercially focused, and deeply embedded in driving measurable impact for the Insurance business.This role:Reports directly to the AVP, MarketingOperates within a matrix environment, with strong collaboration across global and regional stakeholdersAbout the RoleAs Marketing Director – Insurance, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for the UK & Ireland Insurance business.You’ll be responsible for shaping go‑to‑market strategy, driving demand generation, strengthening brand presence, and delivering high‑impact content and campaigns that support revenue growth and customer retention.This is a senior, visible role requiring strong stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, and hands‑on leadership within a matrixed global organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute fully integrated marketing strategies with clear objectives across awareness, demand generation, and customer retentionLead and manage internal resources (2 direct reports) and external agencies to deliver campaigns across:Digital and integrated campaignsAdvertising, search, and socialEmail marketing, webinars, and eventsCreate compelling messaging and thought leadership content including whitepapers, eBooks, blogs, infographics, and industry insightsIdentify and oversee participation in high‑value industry events, ensuring strong brand presence and measurable ROIOversee creative development and promotional execution in partnership with agencies, vendors, and internal teamsAct as a trusted marketing partner to stakeholders, influencing decision‑making and go‑to‑market prioritiesSupport product launches and acquisitions, ensuring clear and effective marketing communicationsManage marketing budgets and work closely with analytics teams to track, analyse, and optimise performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)7–10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, data, or analytics‑driven environmentsProven experience leading integrated marketing programs across digital, content, events, and demand generationStrong experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce)Prior people management experience (direct reports and/or matrix leadership)Strong background in stakeholder management within complex, matrixed organisationsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at senior levelsDemonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimise programs using data and analyticsWhy Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to play a strategic marketing leadership role within a business that sits at the forefront of risk, analytics, and technology.You’ll have the chance to:Shape marketing strategy for a critical, high‑growth Insurance portfolioWork with passionate, high‑calibre teams globallyPromote solutions that genuinely improve and protect livesOperate with autonomy, influence, and visibility in a global organisationWorking for YouWe know that your wellbeing and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
