Working closely with the VP, Marketing Brand, and the Marketing strategy team, this person will drive strategic brand planning and implementation in order to bring the ACS brand story to life and ultimately drive consumer giving.This strategic marketing professional will be responsible for developing and driving integrated brand and fundraising strategic plans through collaboration with cross-functional teams to continue to grow the ACS brand and deliver against stated marketing revenue objectives. This role will work closely with marketing leadership and peers on the Marketing Strategy team and report to the Vice President Marketing, Brand.***This is a remote position that can be home based anywhere within the United States.***MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Leadership – Serves as a central leader for the ACS brand, responsible for the strategic development and execution of brand and fundraising/giving campaigns and activities including integrated planning, messaging development, as well as content development across multiple paid and organic media platforms including broadcast, digital, video, print, radio, etc. Together with the creative and insights team, ensures execution of a consistent and compelling ACS voice, tone and visual identity.Revenue Generation – Serves as a key leader in the strategic development and implementation of the Marketing Annual Giving Plan with accountability for $100MM in marketing giving and supporting revenue generation across the enterprise. Partners with other marketing verticals and subject matter experts, including strategic insights, direct marketing and marketing digital product teams, to identify priority donor audiences and develop key messages as well as execute external marketing campaigns and solutions to drive donor acquisition, growth and retention.Understand key performance metrics and partners with the insights team, media team and media agency to make data informed decisions to drive revenue. This includes translating results into actionable insights, campaign optimizations and future test & learn opportunities as well as ensuring correlated revenue forecasts.Audience Champion Leadership – Partners with the strategic insights team to ensure ACS looks holistically at the donor journey and consistently integrates regular audience journey mapping, insights gathering and opportunity mapping into strategic plans and work. Ensures brand and giving marketing strategies for the ACS brand are fully integrated across all channels, delivered on time and on budget, measured and evaluated.Content Management – Provides day-to-day planning and leadership to proactively develop audience and channel specific content that accelerates brand visibility and drives awareness, familiarity and revenue goals.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLSFORMAL KNOWLEDGE: 7+ years leading marketing teams with a record of progressively responsible positionsProven track record of success in developing and executing revenue generating and/or fundraising marketing campaigns and strategies.Expertise and proven success in brand storytelling, audience segmentation, and messaging/content development across various marketing channels.Understanding of the current media environment, including traditional, digital and emerging platforms plus current trendsFamiliarity with the non-profit and consumer giving landscape, different types of organizations, and their needs.
